We teach martial arts training and fitness classes at offices and gyms.

Our classes have proven to drive member engagement, which in turn means people stay with your business longer. In effect, this means that classes are cost neutral to you.
It is simple for you to manage; we can run a booking system where people can sign up for classes. We can run classes in a wide variety of settings, from a full scale gym, right through to a standard meeting room.
What class members will learn…
We teach mixed martial arts techniques (above ground only, no throwing/wrestling), including hand, elbow, knee, kicking and blocking techniques. As class members gain confidence and experience, we will also practice knife defence techniques (with rubber knifes). We have pads for you to strike (and defend) against. EVERYONE will be taught by an experienced, qualified, and registered instructor.
All members will have the option to grade for belts, or can simply come along to learn new skills, improve self confidence and build mental and physical fitness.
Fitness classes follow a similar ethos; taking inspiration from martial arts around the world. These classes are focused on cardio fitness, and are non-contact.
