What we do…
We welcome all ages, genders, abilities and experience levels to learn martial arts. We teach mixed martial arts techniques (above ground only, no throwing/wrestling), including hand, elbow, knee, kicking and blocking techniques. We have pads for you to strike (and defend) against. EVERYONE will be taught by an experienced, qualified, and registered instructor.
All members will have the option to grade for belts, or can simply come along to learn new skills, improve self confidence and build mental and physical fitness.
We also run fitness classes, which take inspiration from martial arts around the world. These classes are focused on cardio fitness, and are non-contact
